2022 - 2023 Auditions
The link below contains the 2022-2023 Vocal Department Online Registration Form for AMT and Vocal Ensemble. All student who wish to audition for the 2022-2023 AMT Class, 2022-2023 Vocal Ensemble class, or both must complete the registration form below. Once you have completed and submitted your registration form, you will be sent a personalized Dropbox link that you are to use to upload the required information digitally so that it can be reviewed. In addition, you must print, sign, and date the Student and Parent Contract contained in the contract link below, both student and parents will need to sign and date the contact. Once this has been signed and dated, please take a picture of the second page containing your the signatures and dates and upload the picture to the personalized Dropbox link that you will be sent once you have registered.
If this is your first time auditioning for AMT or Vocal Ensemble, in addition to completing the registration form below, a teacher recommendation form also needs to be completed. The Teacher Recommendation Form can be completed by your current vocal teacher, current dance teacher, current theater teacher, or an appropriate teacher that will recommend you for AMT and/or Vocal Ensemble. Please see the section below that contains the Teacher Recommendation Form Link.

For First Time Students to AMT and/or Vocal Ensemble - please read below
If you have to have the Teacher Recommendation Form completed, please copy the link below and send to the teacher that is going to fill out the recommendation form for you. This form must be completed and submitted no later than Monday, February 21st. Once your teacher has completed this online form, they can submit it using the submit button at the end of the online form.
